1. Free Demo First
Every prospective learner is entitled to attend a 1-day free demo class before making a payment. The demo lets you evaluate the trainer, curriculum, delivery style and community before you commit.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy After Payment
Once you have attended the demo and paid the course fee, the fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes — but is not limited to — personal schedule changes, loss of interest, missed classes, technology issues at the learner's end, job or education commitments, medical reasons and force majeure events.
3. Course Transfer
At Alpha LearnX's sole discretion, we may allow a one-time transfer of your enrolment to a future batch of the same course. Transfers must be requested in writing within 7 days of the batch start date and are not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation by Alpha LearnX
In the rare event Alpha LearnX cancels a batch outright (and does not offer an equivalent replacement), the paid course fee will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after having attended the demo class and making payment will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in permanent removal from all Alpha LearnX programs, communities and future enrolments.
6. Acceptance
By paying the course fee, you confirm that you have attended (or voluntarily skipped) the demo class and that you accept this strict no-refund policy in full.
